CBHS School Improvement Council
The mission of the School Improvement Council (SIC) is to facilitate meaningful parent and community involvementin our state's public schools by providing resources, tools and strategies to local School Improvement Councils and other stakeholder groups.
Council members are responsible for participating in the development of the five-year School Improvement Plan, assisting in implementing the Plan and evaluating the outcomes, advising on the spending of any state incentive award funds received by the school, writing the annual Report to Parents about the progress of the school and SIC in achieving the goals and objectives of the School Improvement Plan, writing the annual School Report Card Narrative, and participating in the revision of the School Improvement Plan if a school is rated as "At Risk" on the School Report Card.
